"Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool." Isaiah 1:18 KJV
The first snow is always the prettiest. And as I was watching the first heavy snow fall, the thought came to my mind "what a wonderful way to start the new year, with a beautiful perfect white, covering the earth." It reminded me of this verse, and what a wonderful Savior we serve. He has washed our sin's away and has made us "as white as snow".
Every Moment
"It is not enough to preach to men; we must pray with them and forthem; we must not hold ourselves coldly aloof from them, but come insympathy close to the souls we wish to save, visit and converse with them."Evangelism, p. 640
